Rules of the "New Year's" Promotion
1. General Provisions
1.1. The promotion is organized by the developer Sunny Holding (legal entity - Sunny Dev Group Co., LTD) and applies to the Sunny Moon residential complex located at Rawai, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83130.
1.2. The promotion is valid from December 24, 2024 to January 20, 2025, inclusive. 1.3. The duration and terms of the promotion may be changed unilaterally by the organizer without prior notice but no later than the promotion's end date.
2. Terms of Participation
2.1. The promotional discount of 10% is calculated based on the base price listed in the official price list of Sunny Holding, which is the price for long-term rental (leasehold) of the apartments.
2.2. The promotional discount applies only to the apartments listed below:
1-bedroom units:
Building 1: Units - 6, 58, 59, 75, 89, 92, 93
Building 2: Units - 6, 13, 14, 46, 62,
Studio:
Building 1: Units: 17, 18, 41, 52, 61, 83
Building 2: Units: 5, 25
Availability of apartments must be confirmed with the sales department manager at the time of booking.
2.3. To receive the discount, a deposit payment of 5% of the total cost of the apartment must be made. The deposit is non-refundable and is made to reserve the unit for a specific buyer (tenant) for 2 weeks. The deposit payment must be made no later than January 20, 2025. The deposit will be included in the total cost of the apartment upon signing the main agreement. If the buyer (tenant) refuses to conclude the transaction or if the reservation period expires without signing the main agreement, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Restrictions
3.1. The promotional discount cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, or individual discounts.
3.2. The discount is only valid for the purchase of apartments directly from the developer Sunny Holding. When purchasing through real estate agencies, the discount does not apply.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Apartments can be purchased either at full price or with an installment plan in accordance with the terms set out in the purchase or leasehold agreement.
5. Additional Conditions
5.1. All primary rights and obligations are described in the purchase or leasehold agreement concluded with the Developer. The Buyer (Tenant) must familiarize themselves with the terms of the agreement before making the deposit payment. By making the deposit payment, the Buyer (Tenant) is considered to have read and agreed to all terms.
